He holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from the prestigious Campus Law Centre (CLC), University of Delhi—one of India’s foremost institutions for legal education. With a strong academic background and a passion for justice, he has led several impactful initiatives in education, environment, legal awareness, and youth empowerment.

As the Founder of Dilli Haryana Foundation, RamJay is committed to building a progressive, self-reliant, and sustainable India. Under his leadership, the Foundation has expanded its footprint across key domains including skill development, women and youth empowerment, sports promotion, and public health.

He is also the Co-Founder of KL School Campus,Haryana a reputed educational institution in Haryana, where he continues to shape future generations through visionary academic and ethical guidance.
